A Stellar 2024: Reflecting on Abnormal Partner Achievements

At Abnormal, our partners are at the heart of everything we do. As 2024 draws to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the incredible successes we’ve achieved together—and even more excited about the opportunities still ahead.
Strategic Investments in Partner Success
Investing heavily in our Focus Partners has been a key initiative this year. My team and I have spent significant time with our top partners to develop strategic go-to-market plans, and I’m proud to say we’ve experienced record growth with our top partners this year.
We’ve also doubled our investment in MDF, driving exponential growth in the quality of the sales pipeline generated with our partners through events, digital campaigns, and other initiatives. By the end of the year, we’ll have executed nearly 700 events, activities, and campaigns with our partners across all regions.
Marketing has not been our only investment, however. We’ve also doubled the size of our dedicated channel account management team this year, which has allowed our partners greater access to resources for business planning, account mapping, and campaign execution. We plan to grow our dedicated channel team in the new year as well to ensure our partners have the resources they need to be successful.
Unprecedented Growth with Our Partner Network
Over the past year, we expanded our partner base by over 40%, welcoming new collaborators from around the globe. Together, we’ve worked to understand their unique business goals and objectives, building strong partnerships that drive mutual success and innovation.
For our existing partners, this has been a record-setting year in both pipeline creation and channel-sourced revenue. Our team is hard at work ensuring a strong close to 2024 with our partners, while also building plans to hit the ground running for a strong 2025.
Transforming Collaboration Through Innovative Programs
This year we also introduced exciting new programs to benefit our partners. Our SPIFFs and incentives remain among the most competitive in the industry, supported by increased investment in these initiatives. Additionally, we’ve refined our channel strategy to ensure working with Abnormal is seamless and profitable, enhancing deal registration processes to deliver best-in-class margins and discounting. To further empower our partners, we’ve strengthened our enablement strategy, hosting dozens of sessions to equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to engage customers and prospects effectively.
Fueling the Future: Preparing for 2025 Growth
In August, our CEO and Co-Founder Evan Reiser, announced a $250M series D investment in Abnormal to continue our company mission of protecting humans with AI. Our partners play a major role in living out this mission, and as we go into 2025, we’re excited to share some more exciting program news. We’re so grateful to our partners for helping to amplify and extend our mission and we’re looking forward to reaching new heights in the new year.
