Lisa Banks

Lisa is Chief Financial Officer at Abnormal Security, leading all accounting, FP&A and investor relations functions.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Lisa has a successful track record of growing and scaling enterprise software businesses – from hypergrowth startups to multi-billion dollar public companies.

Lisa most recently was the CFO at SpotOn. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President at ServiceNow, Inc and has held finance roles at leading technology and finance services providers, including Cisco, MarketWatch and Ernst & Young. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Dialpad, Inc.

Lisa is a CPA and graduated from Santa Clara University.
