Eric manages the Global Customer Reference program at Abnormal Security. Eric is all about customers. He builds strong relationships with customers and looks for opportunities that bring value to the customer and to promote the individuals and companies he works with. He believes that customers' experience working with Abnormal on marketing and reference activities should be as good as it is with our sales and customer success teams, and our leading technology platform.
Eric has over 17 years experience in managing Customer Advocacy and Reference programs at agencies and top tech companies. Prior to joining Abnormal, he managed the America’s team in VMware’s Global Customer Advocacy group. Eric is a golf junkie, sports enthusiast, and considers himself lucky to have grown up in American Samoa and New Zealand.
