Catherine Scallen is the former lead of Talent Marketing at Abnormal Security, focusing on surprising and delighting future Abnormal employees throughout the candidate journey. Prior to joining Abnormal, Catherine worked in full-cycle People Ops across a variety of fully distributed startups. She's passionate about humanizing the candidate experience! Outside of work, she spends her time hanging out with the world's greatest cat, DeeDee, enjoying the Chicago food scene, and attempting to read way too many books at once.
