Chris Woolsey is the Head of Customer Success for Abnormal Security. Bringing in over 18 years of support and services management experience, Chris leads all post-sales customer success functions. Chris has built and managed global operations teams on 6 continents consisting of Support, Escalation Management, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Critical Incident Management and Professional Services. Previously, Chris held service and support leadership roles at Salesforce and CipherCloud. He also spent eight years at Proofpoint creating the support and service team as the first customer success manager, scaling the team to support thousands of enterprise customers.
